How can you tell if someone is a pure genius? How about watching them outsmart their moaning neighbor at their own game, whilst simultaneously throwing the perfect amount of Greek culture into the mix. This neighbor seems to live for making life difficult, always finding new ways to be a thorn in the side of their neighbor's… wheels. From filing complaints over a harmless floodlight to calling the cops over a bit of traditional music, they treat local law enforcement like their personal concierge service.

Sure, we've all had a neighbor complain about a loud party, especially during our college years. And honestly, blasting music at 2 a.m. probably warrants a call or two. But a quiet family gathering at 3 p.m.? That's just overkill.

So, what does this neighbor do? He turns the tables.

After yet another visit from law enforcement, he asks the responding officer for advice on how to deal with his "overly sensitive" neighbor. The officer suggests applying for a permit, one that legally allows him to play music during certain hours. Perfect. So after he overhears that his neighbor is planning a weekend barbecue, he schedules his officially permitted big, loud Greek family celebration for the same time. And this time, thanks to the permit, the neighbor's complaints fall flat.

What’s more, he brings out the ultimate weapon: Greek chanting music from the early 1900s, the same kind his grandparents used as a form of punishment when he and his siblings misbehaved. And just like that, the complaints stopped. For good.
